Privacy: what we collect and why

The project form asks for: Name, Work email, Company, Type of project, When you want to start, Describe the project.

With each form you send, we also store the page you sent it from, the UTM tags of the link that brought you here (labels in a link that name the campaign it came from, if there were any), a hash of your IP address (a code computed from it, used instead of the address itself), your browser's user agent (a line that names your browser and system), and the date and time.

The form also has a field that people do not see. Only robots fill it in, and a form with that field filled in is thrown away and never stored.

• To answer your request and to follow up by email about it. If you do not want a follow-up, reply and say so, and we will not write again.
• The hash of your IP address limits each address to 5 forms an hour, to stop spam.
• The page and the UTM tags tell us which page and which link brought the request.

Each form is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in ARELION's Cloudflare account. When a form is accepted, its content is also sent as a Telegram message to Antonin Ribeaud, who answers the requests.

We delete a form 24 months after our last exchange with you, or sooner if you ask.

The hash of your IP address can be traced back to the address, so we keep it for the rate limit only: every hour, we delete the hashes that are more than an hour old.

This site has no analytics tag and sets no cookie. The pages load nothing from another site.

Cloudflare runs this site. To deliver each page and block attacks, it receives each request with your IP address and your browser's user agent. Its request logs are covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
