How much does a website cost in Dubai?
Agency price guides published in 2026 put a company website in Dubai at AED 12,000 to 55,000 (Element8), AED 15,000 to 40,000 (Digital Gravity) and AED 8,000 to 25,000 for 5 to 10 pages (GLDS). A basic brochure site starts at AED 3,500 in the Element8 guide. Two of the guides add 15 to 30% for a bilingual Arabic and English site. The domain registered to the agency
A .ae domain shows its owner in the public WHOIS record, since .ae offers no private registration. If an agency registers the domain under its own name, the domain is the agency's, and moving the site later starts with asking for it back. Our scope registers the domain, the hosting and the email to your company from day one.
What changes for a website in the UAE
.ae or .co.ae
Under the .ae registry's policy, anyone can register a plain .ae name without documents, while a .co.ae name needs a UAE trade licence or trademark. AEserver, a UAE registrar, charges AED 125 a year for a .ae.
Arabic
Two 2026 guides put a bilingual Arabic and English site at 15 to 30% above the base price, and DMA puts the right-to-left layout at AED 3,000 to 8,000. We price it in the scope, page by page.
Personal data on forms
A contact form collects personal data, so the site needs a privacy page that says what is kept and why. Which law applies depends on where your company is licensed: we have published guides on the UAE and DIFC laws.
Upkeep
DMA puts maintenance contracts at 10 to 20% of the build price a year, and Element8 lists AED 300 to 900 a month for a basic brochure site. We name what needs upkeep before you sign.

You can stop after the quote without paying anything.
Call
You explain the problem and what the software has to change in your business. Antonin asks the questions that decide the price.
Scope
We send a written scope that lists the screens, the integrations, the data and what is excluded.
Quote
One fixed price and a delivery date for that scope. If you stop here, you pay nothing and keep the scope.
Build
A first working version early, then a new one every week. The final 20% is due when you accept the build.
When we are not the right choice
- A one-page site that a website builder such as Wix or Squarespace already covers. We will say so on the call.
- A store with many products and online payments: see our e-commerce page.
- A project whose scope cannot be written yet. Start with the two-week sprint, then decide.
